Pennywise Is Going Free on MySpace.com

American punk band Pennywise has announced about the free release of it’s new album “Reason To Believe”. This new album will be available on MySpace.com and shall cost nothing for two weeks beginning on March 25th.
“It’s a new era of the music industry. I’m not someone who is downloading music to listen, but many people do it and our decision will really help us to get closer to the masses,” said the band’s leader Jim Lindberg.
Pennywise is not the first band that decided to make their release through the ‘free way’. Radiohead and The Charlatans were already doing it before.
MySpace.com is one of the most popular social networks in the world containing over 300 million users. In 2005 they’ve established their own record lable “MySpace Records.”
