Better Days Online
Monkeywrench Records official website had posted a Pearl Jam song, which was not released before, said Rolling Stone. A few days ago “Better Days” was available for anyone who wanted to hear it, but now it can be heard only by the registered users. However, Pearl Jam fans have already uploaded it onto YouTube. Of course, once something is out there, fans will do anything to make it available for everyone, but today the news came showing that the YouTube upload was removed. It’s possible that the organizer of the “Better Days” leakage could be the band’s manager Kelly Curtis. Monkeywrench Records page had shown a sign saying, “Gary, Kelly wants you to hear it”. So far there were no comments from Kelly or musicians, which could clarify this situation, things as this one keep on happening all the time within the music business agenda, sometimes musicians do it on purpose, but usually not. Some Pearl Jam fans believe that “Better Days” may appear on their upcoming record or get included into the re-released “Riot Act” album. Monkeywrench Records was founded by the members of Pearl Jam, it was responsible for the release of the band’s most recent record “Backspacer” (Autumn of 2009); international release was managed by the Universal Music Group.
