Co-Operation Is Always Good
Rock musician Meat Loaf is about to record an album with infamous rappers Chuck D and Lil Jon, noted Billboard. If following his own words he is currently working with three brand new releases, however, rappers will be represented merely on one of them. Meat Loaf met with Lil Jon during the recent spring, both performers had participated in The Celebrity Apprentice show, and eventually became interested in doing something exclusive, not what many others would like to do. Chuck D is the well known leader of the hip-hop group Public Enemy was introduced to Meat Loaf by the latter’s brother in law, Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian Rosenfeld. On the other had, Public Enemy and Anthrax had co-operated way back in 1991 marking the turning point in a relationship between two genres. Twenty years ago both bands had recorded a song “Bring the Noise”, and started the joint concert tour. The most recent studio album produced by Meat Load is “Hang Cool Teddy Bear”, which hit the stores in April 2010. According to numerous critics and points of view on the side of the fan base his best album is 1993’s “Bad Out of Hell II: Back Into Hell”, this release was able to reach number one on the British national hits chart and the Billboard 200. The album did include one of his most popular songs “I’d Do Anything for Love (But I Won’t Do That)”. Mixing of genres is maybe not the easiest things to do because the fan base is often not welcoming any sorts of experiments, they usually wish to see what they’ve used see. Many musicians try to be as careful as possible not to spoil previous successes at any cost.
